Young People

It is important that young people feel confident in their identity and are able to express themselves congruently. I often support them to rebuild their confidence, self-esteem, and sense of self. 

There are many complex areas which young people may find challenging. These include anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, autism, overwhelming emotions such as anger, disordered eating, relational issues, lack of motivation and/or procrastination, sexuality and self-identity issues, LGBTQIA+ challenges, emotional regulation, self-harm, conflict with family or in friendships, bullying, school issues, self-esteem, body image, abuse and loss.

I have a compassionate, measured, and understanding approach to working with young people of all genders, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.
